HR CONFERENCE 2017

On May 12, 2017, DaVinci Management Consulting held the third HR-conference on the topic "Talent attraction and development" in Tashkent. National and foreign experts revealed the participants methods they actively use in their work. Among the speakers were project consultants of Hipo.kz, Hr.edu (Russia), SAP companies, GM Powertrain, UzBAT and others.

At the conference, the topical issues on the development of specialists within the business were discussed as follows:

• Attracting high potential people;

• Innovative methods in recruiting employees;

• Methods of educating talents for the potential development of the company;

• Development of human capital in business;

• Gamification in the field of HR;

• Factors of success of the company.

At the end of the event, the "Best Employer of Uzbekistan" award ceremony was held. Following the results of an extensive survey of companies, employees and job seekers, the most attractive HR brands were identified on the market. This award is awarded annually in eight categories: "Student Selection", "Internship for Students", "Career Start", "Trainee Management Program", "Team Spirit", "Care for Employees", "Personal Development of Employees", "The most desired employer of the country".
