In 2018, DaVinci Management Consulting team conducted a global survey of employers and job seekers. In 2018, 2,500 senior and middle managers took part in the survey. More than 200 companies participated in the Employer Survey. We managed to prepare comparative analysis and provide you with Analytics for 3 years of research, which allows for analyzing the market trend. What the market development path is, what companies should pay attention to when establishing a Development Strategy. It is worth noting that the maximum salary threshold of senior managers has not increased, but the wage rates of middle management has grown by an average of 15-20%.
This year’s Survey includes a questionnaire of company employees which gives to the employer an insight on the level of employee satisfaction, the expectations for compensation packages, the income growth trend.
Also, the Review as ever provides information on key indicators of the labor market, in comparison with 2016, 2017. It is worth noting a positive growth trend for all the indicators which clearly shows the development of the Uzbek economy and market.
